If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact NPL within 31 days of receiving your parcel.
If the returned product is not defective, faulty, or inconsumable, conditions for refund/replacement:
- Products must be sealed, with induction seal and/or lid sleeve in place
- Products must be in a condition to be resold
- Product must not be opened
If there is a problem with the product: taste, quality or other:
- Report to NPL customer service agent as soon as possible
- Specify batch number (found under the tub), product name and flavour
- Product will be collected by a courier and returned to NPL quality control team for inspection and/or investigation
- A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product is indeed found to be faulty or inconsumable
- Refund or replacement remains at sole discretion of NPL.
We makes no representations whatsoever and gives no
guarantees against latent or patent defects in respect of the Products,
and all conditions and warranties whatsoever, whether implied or
otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.
We shall not incur any
liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any
injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from the use of
the Products.
The Products supplied by Nutritional Performance Labs
Pty (Ltd) shall be suitable only for the purpose designed and intended
and the Customer shall ensure the Products are handled, stored, used, or
otherwise dealt with in a normal and proper manner, and where
applicable, in a manner consistent with the instructions given by us.
No
action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against Nutritional
Performance Labs Pty (Ltd) arising out of or in connection with any
defects in, or unsuitability of, any Products.
